WELCOME TO PHASE 1 OF THE CHURCH BUSINESS NETWORK... THE ENROLLMENT PHASE

THE CHURCH BUSINESS NETWORK - NOW IN PHASE 1

Our Mission: Develop a Network where Churches and Other Christian Non-Profit Organizations (Members of the Network) and Congregations (Customers of the Network) can go to order everything they need and Pastors & Music Ministers (Agents for the Network) can earn a residual income from signing up churches in their area to the network. In addition, each church will set-up a "fundraising" account into which the church will receive a % back from Merchants (Affiliates of the Network) from purchases made by the staff, congregation or even non-members of your church.

PHASE 1 - ENROLLMENT & TESTING PHASE

At present, we are in PHASE 1 of our website development. During this Phase, our goal is to sign-up as many Agents as possible, who in turn will sign-up as many churches as possible to the network. In order to give each of our 10,000 Potential Agents (Music Ministers and Pastors from a Database of Customers of Christian Images & Slides since 1991) and 90,000 others (from a Postcard Mailing with Tri-Media Publications) an opportunity to build their network, before we introduce PHASE 2, we invite you to complete the forms available below AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a church has been enrolled, the Agent (Enroller) who signed up the church will be considered the Enrolling Agent in good standing as long as they maintain their qualifications (See Maintaining Your Qualifications under CBN Comp Plan on the left panel).

In addition, 1st Level Agents will be able to sign-up 2nd Level Agents to the network and receive additional residual income from their 2nd Level Agent's sales volume from their Member group's purchases (See CBN Compensation Plan link to the left.)

AGENT ENROLLMENT FORM - For Qualified Music Ministers and Pastors who will earn a residual income from purchases made on the network.

MEMBER ENROLLMENT FORM - For Churches who sign up on the network to order everything they need and receive a % back from Merchants which is paid quarterly. See Network Mall on left panel for details. At this time, the goods and services are available from these Mall Vendors, but there are no "tracking" software available for tracking your purchases. Therefore, if you place an order from one of our affiliates on the Mall, you will need to send us a copy of the transaction so that your commissions and fundraising percentages can be calculated. For your convenience, there is a form available from customer service for tracking these purchases. Call (940) 464-3141 for a PDF Form for this purpose. Depending on merchant, payment of commissions and fundraising percentages can take up to 90 days.

AFFILIATE ENROLLMENT FORM - For Merchants and Professional Companies who sign up on the network to provide goods and services to churches nationwide and are willing to return to the network a % of the purchases made through the network, a portion (See CBN Compensation Plan link to left) of which will be shared by Agents in the form of residual income and Member Churches in the form of a tax-deductible donation to a fundraising account. Affiliates NEVER pay a fee. Advertising Banners are available for Sale on our SPECIALS Page (currently under development).

There are no enrollment fees during INTRODUCTORY PERIOD which ends on December 31, 2010. If you enroll anytime during 2009-2010, there will be NO FEE. You will be notified later when fees go into effect and be asked to pay the annual fee via credit card. You can also opted out of Membership or Agent Status should you not want to pay the Annual Fee: Agent $29.95 per year, Member $49.95 per year.

We are making every effort to present you with our entire spectrum of offers as soon as possible. At this point we can provide you with this development plan and general information regarding The Church Business Network. The details are being worked out during Phase 1 & Phase 2.

PHASE 2 - PURCHASING AGENT AGREEMENT & AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS DEVELOPMENT

The Purchase Order Concept is now available in part, via email or phone. The Purchase Order Request Form will be available soon.

PHASE 2 will be developing along with PHASE 1. Phase 2 will have 2 parts.

First, we will start to develop the Network mall (now available in part, click on Network Mall Tab) with Affiliates from which you can purchase and earn precentage rebates which will be deposited into a fundraising account of your choice that CBN will setup direct deposits into through a PayPal relatonship. Until tracking software is completely functional, churches will complete a "Monthly Purchases Report" Form to receive these rebates.

Secondly, we will start the "Purchasing Agent" relationship by having your church complete a "Purchase Order Request" ONLINE as the form becomes available. We will work with our Affiliates to get you the best price for the list of items on your Purchase Order Request. Once we have the prices, we will present the request back to you for your approval. You can order ALL or as many items as you want from the Quote Return. Each completed purchase will then be "booked" and appropriate commissions to Agents and donation to Church Fundraising Accounts will be placed in the reserve accounts to be paid as shown in the CBN Compensation Plan. In some cases during PHASE 2, our affiliate relationship will allow you to link from CBN to the Affiliate and purchase directly from them and also receive your commissions and fundraising discounts through our program with the affiliates. This "linking" relationship does NOT however use the ONE Shopping Cart Concept which will be forthcoming in PHASE 3.

During PHASE 2, Agents will be continue to build their network of churches and enrolled Agents on CBN. During PHASE 2 up through December 31, 2010, Agents, Member Churches and Customers (non-members) will be able to shop on the network with no membership fee.

REQUEST FOR QUOTE FORM - In the near future you will be able to USE THIS FORM TO REQUEST A QUOTE FOR ANY OF THE SERVICES SHOWN ABOVE or request a quote for an item or items you would like to see available on CBN in the future.

PHASE 3 - ONE CLICK - ONE SOURCE - ONE BILL

In the NEAR future, EVERYTHING YOUR CHURCH NEEDS will be at ONE SOURCE (CBN) able to be added to ONE SHOPPING CART, pay ONE BILL and each affiliate will ship the items you ordered, directly to you, SAVING YOU TIME, MONEY and help your church build a FUNDRAISING ACCOUNT you can use however you see fit.

Members and Agents will be charged an annual fee to access the exclusive network. Customers (non-members) will be able to shop on the network with no membership fee.

As a Member, Customer or Agent you will be notified of each PHASE of development and will be sent an email announcing the beginning of these PHASES - During the completion of your enrollment form, be sure to leave the box checked “Include Me in CBN Weekly ENewsletter List". You will also be updated about New Affiliate Relationships, Products and Services and other News about CBN Website Development.
